Responsibilities: Individuals in this position will perform the following activities:
• Ensure that the traceability matrix, test plans and scripts for all systems are
comprehensive and covers all requirements in MoI RFP and vendor SOW’s.
• Responsible for planning and conducting pre-tests.
• Responsible for scheduling and overseeing conduct of formal tests in PMO presence.
• Ensure that the test coordinators are effectively trained.
• Oversight of re-tests when necessary
• Conduct audits on test processes to ensure compliance to test plans and processes.
• Ensure test reports are submitted by the vendors in time, review acceptability of the
test reports.
• Submit test reports to PMO.
• Ensure test certificates are obtained from the PMO and that any remark, condition in
the certificate is promptly addressed.
Qualifications: Individuals in this position will need to have experience that includes:
• Experience of 5-7 years in quality assurance management involving system design,
installation, test, and commissioning in field settings.
• Experience serving in a quality management role that involves the coordination of
subcontractors’ activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Knowledge of transportation-related technologies and systems is very beneficial
• Understanding of the process of developing test plans and conducting tests on
installations of similar systems.
• Experience using automated tools such as the Rational suite for documenting, tracing,
and managing requirements of a program.
• Ability to work from a primary office in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong skills in communications, interpersonal communications, negotiations, and
client relationships.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Arabic would be beneficial.
• Strong personal integrity and commitment to ethical behavior. |
